planet tattoo
The Universe has always fascinated me. Planets, stars, asteroids, comets, meteors, galaxies. I could go on and on. If I wasn't so completely terrible in math there is no doubt in my mind I would have gone into astrophysics. So instead I figured I'd pay my tribute this way.

And no. Pluto is not on my arm. I really am sorry, Pluto. When you become a planet again (fingers crossed) I will add you to my weenus.

Something New!

I'm really excited for a project that I have coming up. It involves a brand new blog. I'll be leaving this one behind and starting anew. I have a friend doing my blog design for me as we speak... or as I type rather.

I need something brand new, clean, fresh. It's going to be more professional, organized, and me. This new one I will be committing to. I'll be getting a new camera soon. I have so much inspiration running through my head right now it's crazy.

Here's to new beginnings and new adventures ahead! When the blog goes live, I will let everyone know and link it to here.

Stay tuned!

Quick update! My sister and I just booked a trip to Hawaii! We're going Labor Day weekend so hopefully it all works out. I haven't been on here much, let alone the internet. Been busy, man. The weather is getting a little nicer out so outfit posts will be so much easier to do.

If you didn't already know, I love body modification. I figured since this blog is about things I like, why not share something that I care deeply about? This little section of my blog will feature my tattoos, my friends tattoos, piercings, tattoos I find on the internet I enjoy, crazy hair (although that isn't technically body modification I suppose but... oh well.) So enjoy!

This first post I'll start off with one of mine:
Believe
Believe. Today is actually one of my good friends 21st birthday. She passed away a couple years ago. In memoriam

Project: Colored Keys

Color Keys DIY
Colored Keys

Supplies Needed:
-Keys
-Nail polish/finish coat nail polish
-Nail polish remover (possibly)
-Tooth pick OR white out OR if you have the fine point nail art kits
-Heavy book

Directions:
1. Hold your fingers on the "key" part and nail polish away on the top part, making sure to stop at the point where the key would slide into the keyhole. (See below for example).
2. After a few coats of the nail polish, carefully place the "key" part under the book over an edge (IE table edge) and allow to fully dry. If you have multiple keys, put them in various pages of the book making sure they aren't touching other keys.
3. When fully dry, use a toothpick and dip it in the nail polish you want to use to label which key is which. (H- home G- garage W- work C- car, you get the picture). Fully dry.
4. If you have a finish coat nail polish, paint over the keys where colored when they are completely dry. Allow to dry FULLY before putting back on your key ring.
Color Keys DIY
I'm sure I didn't really need to do a blog post about this. There have probably been a million and five people who have thought about this and put it on their blogs. I'm not really sure, I didn't actually do this research.

But this DIY is for the forgetful's. "Oh crap, which key is my car key? No wait, this is my house key. Wait.... no.... this is for the dumpster..." Yeah, I'm looking at you. (Maybe, I'm just guessing.) But yeah. It's pretty, it's cool, it's labelled.

Happy crafting
